🔪 Ingredients

🌻 Chicken meat (free portion)

🌻 2 packs of medium all-purpose flour

🌻 Hot sauce

 

Ground seasonings for sauces :

🌻 15 red chilies

🌻 1 handful of cayenne

🌻 8 red onions

🌻 4 garlic

🌻 1 segment of ginger

🌻 2 candlenuts

 

Coarse seasonings :

🌻 5 red chilies

🌻 5 large green chilies

🌻 1 handful of cayenne pepper

🌻 4 red onions

🌻 2 garlic

🌻 ½ onion

🌻 2 lime leaves

🌻 Salt

🌻 1 tablespoon cornstarch

🌻 5 tablespoons chili sauce

🌻 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

📝 Manufacturing steps :

1. Wash the chicken thoroughly, then puree the garlic, put the garlic in the chicken bowl, stir until evenly let stand in the refrigeratorfor 5-10 minutes.

2. The remove the chicken from the refrigerator, cover with all-purpose flour, pat then fry over medium heat, repeat until all the chicken is finished.

3. For the sauce ingredients, slice all coarse spices, grind the ground spices, then saute the ground spices until everyting is mixed, add the lime leaves and coarse spices, stir until evenly distributed.

4. Then add the sauce, soy sauce and flavorings, stir until cooked.

5. Add the cornstarch solution so that the sauce is thick, tasting is tasted, if the taste is right, turn off the stove.

6. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Decorate it to make it look more attractive by sprinkling sesame on the Padang Sauce Chicken, then give it a little touch by adding celery leaves in the middle of the chicken. Andd Finishh...👌
