 ✨HOW TO DO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE TO GET A HEALTHY BODY✨

Hello Guys…See u again with me in my blog, okay this blog will discuss how to get a healthy body. Please see the explanation below!!

Having a healthy and fit body can certainly support your daily activities. Especially if your weight is well maintained, then you will become more confident. How do you get a healthy body? Come on, find out the following steps! 

1.    Wake up earlier

Getting up early can make you sleep earlier and more time to do other things so that it can reduce stress. If you are still used to getting up at noon, just take baby steps, for example the first week you wake up at 8.00, the second week you wake up at 7.30, and the third week you wake up at 7.00.

 

2.    Drink infused water

If drinking water is bored, then drink infused water. The trick is to simply enter your favorite fruit or vegetable pieces such as cucumbers, lemons, apples, strawberries, or oranges.


3.    Healthy and nutritious breakfast

Food is an essential part of a healthy routine. Eat lots of fiber and fresh, and reduce fried and junk food. Starting from reducing the portion of eating white rice to half and increasing the side dishes such as fresh vegetables and boiled or grilled meat. Eat lots of fruit as a natural and healthy snack. These changes cannot be done directly, so slowly is a safe way for you.


4.       Morning exercise

Morning exercise is fresher than in the afternoon because the morning air is cool, the sun is good for the skin, and blood circulation is also smoother. By getting up early and exercising in the morning will not stress you out, and you still have plenty of time to do other things. Start with stretching, then cardio exercises like jumping jacks, brisk walking / jogging.


5.       Make healthy provisions

Don't forget to make lunch that is rich in protein and high nutrition so that you are full but don't get hungry quickly. Avoid fried foods, snacks, and junk food as they are high in calories and low in nutrients. Healthy lunch is a stock that contains lots of protein, fiber and enough carbs.


6.       Drink lots of water

Our bodies are made up of 60% water, so a lack of drinking water will cause many disorders and diseases. You have to drink 8 glasses for day , if it is difficult, you can use a water bottle or make it infused water. if you want more fun, you can use the application to remind you to drink water.


7.       Stretching at work

At work we are often sedentary and mostly spend about 8 hours sitting. stretching helps relax stiff muscles and improve blood circulation so that you come back refreshed. Do stretching every 2 hours for 10-15 minutes so that you are refreshed and ready to work.


8.       Healthy dinner

Eat enough protein and fiber at night to get your energy back after a long day of work. Do not eat too much, because food must be digested thoroughly 2 hours before we sleep. Avoid greasy foods such as fried or spicy ones.


9.       Sleep at least 8 hours per for day

The study says that one of the factors in diabetes and heart disease is lack of sleep. When we sleep, we tend to be more sluggish and need extra energy to stay awake, that's where many people prefer to eat sweet and carbohydrate foods which are a source of diabetes and high blood pressure. Sleep 8 hours for day also helps relax muscles and our other organs to rest.


10.   Consistent

To see maximum results you must regularly do these habits. If you are consistent, you will be sure that your life will be healthier, fresher, and more productive. Consistency is a commitment guys.
